Terms of Service — Food Truck Spots

1. About Food Truck Spots

FoodTruckSpots.com ("Food Truck Spots," "we," "us") is a directory that connects property owners ("hosts") with food truck and trailer operators ("vendors"). We are not a party to any rental agreement between hosts and vendors.

2. Membership

Membership is required to publish a spot, search the full directory, view full spot details, and contact spot owners. You agree to provide accurate information at signup and to keep your account secure.

3. Directory only — no verification

Food Truck Spots is a directory only. We do not verify listings, permits, insurance, or the identity of users. Hosts and vendors arrange agreements, permits, insurance, and payment directly between themselves.

4. Your responsibilities

Hosts are responsible for ensuring their property is legally available for rent and complies with local zoning and health regulations. Vendors are responsible for maintaining valid permits, licenses, and insurance. Each party is responsible for conducting its own due diligence on the other.

5. No commissions

Food Truck Spots does not take a commission on rentals. Membership fees are for access to the directory and listing tools.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Food Truck Spots to harass others, post false or misleading listings, scrape the directory, or violate any law. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Limitation of liability

Food Truck Spots is provided "as is." We are not liable for any agreement, dispute, loss, or damage arising between hosts and vendors, or from the use of any listing.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
